About me!

Hello!
I go by Taj or Tajrael and I'm a Primal based housing enthusiast. I also have an alt on Dynamis so I am available there as well.
I primarily do cozy or minimalistic modern styles, but I am open to exploring other design styles as well!

Information!

1)I will do my best to meet your vision. This means that before starting anything, I will discuss at length with you what you are looking for and ensure that I think it is something I am able to achieve for you. This will include style, color schemes, budget, etc.

2)I will ask for a down payment up front of 50% of the commission cost. This is non-refundable. The rest will be due when I'm done.

3)I am open and flexible in terms of feedback and changing things as we go. I will send updates as I go. That being said, if I have already started working and the agreed upon design is drastically changed, I may require additional fees if it will require a significant amount of extra work.

4) I primarily do single floor designs. If you do not prefer this, I am still open to taking commissions but know it may limit your options.

5) I may possibly stream while decorating or add photos of your house to my portfolio. If you are uncomfortable with this for any reason, just let me know.

6) I will typically try to have the house done within a week depending on my load and the size of the house. It will usually be shorter than this, but I sadly have a job and life outside of the game.

Pricing!

Pricing is in gil and does not include furniture costs and includes exteriors.Small - 4 mil.
Medium - 10 mil.
Large - 15 milI am also open to consulting on a case by case basis.
